Marcia Leavy is the founder of Trauma-Informed Support Advocates (TISA) and a dedicated advocate for institutional accountability, trauma-informed practice, and community-centered reform. With a background in psychology, conflict mediation, and public service, she brings a multidisciplinary approach to strengthening systems that serve vulnerable populations.
Through her work in advocacy, education, and policy engagement, she has become a respected voice in advancing ethical standards, emotional safety, and equitable treatment within legal and public institutions.
